A small-group, educational and experiential relationship workshop designed to help couples understand each other more deeply, communicate more safely, and rebuild connection with practical tools they can continue using at home.
Lethbridge, Alberta · Limited to 6 couples
Anaka Styba, MA · Registered Psychologist · Certified Imago

This weekend is designed for couples who are willing to explore their relationship together—even if they are not completely sure what they want the future to look like.
When Individual Support May Be More Appropriate:
Rekindle the Flame is not appropriate where there is active domestic violence or coercive control, an undisclosed or active affair, severe instability requiring individualized care, or when one partner has already firmly decided to end the relationship.
Rekindle the Flame is designed to give you more than insight. You’ll learn and practice structured communication tools that can help create greater emotional safety, replace criticism with curiosity, understand recurring relationship patterns, and communicate differences with greater openness and respect.
Structured ways to speak and listen differently.
Explore attachment, defensive styles, and what may be happening beneath recurring conflict.
Create a Mutual Relationship Vision to help guide what you want to build together.
